Project scope and quotes

Any consultancy work requires a written scope, quote or agreement before work begins. That scope should confirm deliverables, exclusions, milestones, fees, payment timing and any client responsibilities.

No guarantee of outcomes

Eugnel aims to deliver practical dashboards, automation flows, prototypes and handover materials with reasonable care and skill. Specific business results, savings, revenue impact or platform behaviour are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Client materials and confidentiality

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share data, documents, systems access and other project materials with Eugnel. Confidentiality, data handling and access arrangements should be agreed separately for each project.

Intellectual property

Ownership and permitted use of dashboards, documentation, workflows, prototypes, templates and other project outputs should be confirmed in the written project scope or agreement.
